Community settle something for me.

A mid-range lv 20 guild has asked me to join up with them, but I really don't want to let them know that I'm higher level. Should I? I mean, it's a guild of all real life friends. I feel like I'd be getting in the way...

That might be for the best. We might be able to solve the problems by bypassing some of the rules.

I guess there's no way to send that kind of data to someone who's already logged in, huh? External downloads.

Don't think so. There's not even cash shops in the game like old MMOs from Korea and the Asian countries have.

So it'd definitely have to be external. I was going to say otherwise we could try to get someone on the community to program you healing items or something, but if we can't get it to you then there's no point.

If they can patch in some kind of ability, it might work. The game has to have some kind of maintenance day.

At your technology level, it could probably be an AI right?

Yeah, there's a system called the Cardinal System which auto-maintains the game's little problems, while GM support is almost non-existent.

So if there was a way to hack into the Cardinal System, would there be a way to re-enable the sign out button?

If the GMs could do that, they would have done it by now.

We've got aliens and people from the future on the community. They can use me to test anything before they accidentally kill off a bunch of people trying something.

You're pretty fearless to do something like that for me and the people trapped here.

I'm already dead. I've been offed multiple times after I got killed the first time, ranging from a katana through my heart to cracking my head open on the ground or getting experimented on with magic in exchange for a worldhop back before I had one... and worse before you guys knew me and I was even more reckless. Getting my brain fried a few times won't be a problem as long as I've got someone who's willing to do it so I can get out when I need to.
