Community settle something for me.

A mid-range lv 20 guild has asked me to join up with them, but I really don't want to let them know that I'm higher level. Should I? I mean, it's a guild of all real life friends. I feel like I'd be getting in the way...

Yeah.. Though maybe not. There's probably a danger in that too right? People not believing her since she can't prove she has community access. People get dangerous when it comes to people they care about.

Yeah, it's like that old American show Early Edition where the guy gets into so much trouble trying to keep people safe because he knows the future.

I've never heard of it. I was more thinking I'd probably hit whoever told me something like that in the face if they told me that they could talk to someone I cared about but didn't have any proof of it.

It's a good show. I caught reruns of it when I was younger.

But yeah, people would get really upset if you didn't have any proof, and considering the community tends to hide itself from others who aren't on it, well...

You should probably tell Suguha not to do that.

I'll let her know. She's not dumb enough to say something but I think if we can get mom to not worry about me, then it should ease some of her worries.

As long as you don't think it'll land her in a mental hospital or something. Parents aren't any more calm about things like that than strangers are.

Yeah I know. It's just my mom, well aunt, and Suguha in the house. But... she's a strong lady, I know she'll be able to handle it.

If you trust her, then try it.. but Suguha has to agree too.

Though I guess they already know that you're not dead since your body's still with them.

Yeah that is true. It's kind of crazy to be honest.

I could always worldhop over and really confuse everyone.

Pfffh that would do it. That would basically confuse everything in range.

...Actually that's not a bad idea. Make your entire world freak out about a walking-talking dead person from another world, but I'd be able to get a NerveGear if they realized it wouldn't kill me and I could go in and help people.

It might be able to speed up the process of getting a NerveGear at least.

Of course it could also drive some people insane and get me captured by mad scientists who want to experiment on me and figure out how to make themselves immortal because they don't believe it's because I'm dead.

... there is that point. You need to be careful about that.

I'm not much one for being careful when it comes to myself anyway.

I suppose that's a point that should be heeded.

Besides, if I get captured I'm sure the community will post something about it so a bunch of people can fight over who wants to come to rescue me then arrive after I've already kicked everyone's ass and broken out myself.

I've got a surprising amount of combat experience for how old I look. It's not like aging is possible after you die though, so I've had plenty of time to get better.
